By accessing or using RankToCollege you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Use of Service
RankToCollege is an educational tool that provides estimated college admission chances based on historical JoSAA cutoff data. The predictions are indicative only and do not guarantee admission to any institution.
2. Accuracy of Predictions
- Predictions are based on JoSAA 2025 Round 6 closing ranks.
- Actual 2026 cutoffs will vary based on candidate count, seat matrix, and normalisation.
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on predictions from this tool.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
4. Payments & Refunds
Counselling batch fees are non-refundable once a session has been delivered. If a batch is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including data compilations, UI design, and written material is owned by Himanshu Pachori and protected under applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without prior written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Scraping or bulk-downloading the cutoff dataset.
- Using the platform to provide competing commercial services.
- Attempting to circumvent any access restrictions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankToCollege and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
